  1. You can eat what you want but I still find this recipe extremely cringe. Like just use tortillas no need to whiteify a recipe for the worse. Those pieces of bread will melt like cotton candy if not eaten right away. Also I’m sure it’s easier to find beef in ur area but real birria requires goat. Ur consome looks good 👍
