Let’s make a Ham & Kale Quiche with a Croissant Crust💛

✨✨Mise en Place✨✨
✨1 Package of @Kroger Crosaint Roll
✨1 Cup of diced ham
✨1 Cup oyster mushroom
✨1/4 Cup diced onion
✨1/4 Cup diced bell pepper
✨2 cloves minced garlic
✨1 Cup of chopped kale
✨1/4 Cup parmesan cheese
✨1/4 Cup provolone
✨4 Large eggs
✨1/2 Teaspoon salt
✨1/2 Teaspoon smoked paprika
✨1/4 Teaspoon nutmeg

✨Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
✨Gently unroll the #Pillsbury pre-made croissant dough and carefully place it within your quiche dish. Press down to form an even crust, ensuring seams are sealed.
✨ Using a fork, lightly prick the bottom of the crust to prevent excessive puffing during baking.
✨Bake the quiche dish with the crust in the preheated oven for about 7-10 minutes, or until the crust exhibits a light golden hue.
✨In a skillet set over medium heat, sauté oyster mushrooms and chopped kale for 3-5 minutes until the kale wilts and turns tender.
✨Push ingredients to one side within the skillet, creating an open space. Sauté diced onion, bell peppers, and minced garlic in this space until they reach slight tenderness.
✨Combine onion, peppers, and garlic with ham, kale, and mushrooms; season and set aside to cool.
✨In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and ground nutmeg
✨Place the cooled kale mixture evenly over the bottom of the crust.
✨Sprinkle the shredded parmesan and provolone cheese over the top.
✨Pour egg mixture evenly over the surface.
✨Place the quiche in the oven and bake for 25-35 minutes, until the center sets and the top acquires a golden brown hue. Verify readiness by inserting a toothpick or knife into the center; it should emerge clean.
✨Allow Quiche to cool briefly before slicing and serving.
