  1. Awesome idea… Would have being so much better if u got a crust and color on the pork first then wrapped it in bacon❀️😭… Looks so amazing though

  2. I do a butterflied pork tenderloin and rubbed down with a Cajun/brown sugar rub and and stuffed with cream cheese sharp and pepper jack with shredded bacon. Wrapped in a bacon weave. I also do one with a cream cheese fill with mozzarella spinach and artichoke hearts wrapped in a bacon weave. On the offset for about three hours.

  3. Everything was good until you said the dreaded Maple Syrup ( many use brown sugar/honey). 90% of all the Q's I've judged the sweet profiles never take 1st r even 2nd place. Actually we call it pineapple pizza, the things that should never go together.
    Good pres and execution tho.

  4. Made this last night… and the family devoured it. The maple glaze gives it an extra flavor. Delicious all around thank you!
