I’m working as a chef at a school and prepare breakfast and lunch every weekday. Everybody is happy with the Food, however I would like to become better at arranging the food to make it more appetizing to look at. Does anyone have some advice, maybe books or online sources where I could learn more about this subject?

Look up Chef Majk on YouTube. He does step-by-step plating. It’s what I’ve been watching to help improve my plating.
for the salad above try a chiffonade — thinly slice all the greens so they match the cut of the cabbage beneath and don’t look haphazardly thrown ontop. Then arrange your protein on top
