    Im sure this is tasty but if you want honest feedback here goes: Pick one: chicken or shrimp. Thicken your sauce it looks watery.

    Would look better in a shallow, wide rimmed bowl.

    That sauce looks great and will go very well with prawns and chicken.

    However, I don’t think that you should mix proteins on a plate, so in my opinion should be either prawns or chicken – not both.

    Try polenta down first, then root vegetables, then a large thin crunchy crouton, then prawns or chicken on top.

    A little sauce over the top and in a moat around the polenta bed and you’ll have a winner!
