All right guys today we are making pulled pork belly tacos alpastor these were so freaking good we’re going to start by scoring the fat cap I’m going to marinade this overnight so we can let all that flavor get in there I’m going to smoke this whole pork belly at 250ยฐ

For about 4 hours uncovered going to wrap it in foil put it in a foil pan to reserve those juices back in the smoker for probably another 2 hours or so and what you’re left with is an insanely tender pull apart pork Bell it was so so

So good now it’s time to assemble our tacos I got some corn tortillas on a hot Skillet throwing down some shredded queso fresco that pork belly spooning on some of the reserved juice of course you got a top with cilantro and onions fold them in half and continue to cook them

On each side I spooned on a little bit more of that reserved juice now I’m going to top it with this pineapple salsa which just pairs perfectly with the flavors of this pork so cheesy so delicious I hope you guys give this a try be sure to check the link and bio

  1. Not to hate but gotta hate… cut of pork Belly like that is supposed to be Crispy Chicharone/ Crispy pork belly. You just pulled the skin off like nothing. I โค๏ธ every video until this one…sorry. Plus it's kinda al pastor, but not.
