3-4 slices of Parma ham
2 tbsp grated Parmesan

All right folks today we are making an amazing porkloin Salim boka style Skillet it’s time to grill let’s get this video started with our first ingredient you will need cherry tomatoes I like those they really have a lot of flavor and they are little bit sweet of course as always you will find

Romana a classic Italian Dish is served with ve today we are using a pork loin for this dish and it will taste amazing this is my pork loin I cut it in half and then into slices of one finger thickness one Tender Loin will feed about three or four people for this dish

It depends a little bit on the sides that you could serve with this one but we can talk about that later the perfect seasoning for this dish is called tyrano meal and it’s an Italian salt seasoning a mixture with dried oregano dried tomato and dried olives perfect to go with these Italian

Flavors here so make sure to season your slices of porkloin from both sides and everywhere around and then you will need fresh Sage another ingredient is Italian pruto Pama pruto which will follow uh as the latest ingredient then you will have a lot of possibilities you

Can take your cast iron pen over hot coals we are using the hexclad pen today on my cooking Zone and I start with the tomatoes after 3 or 5 minutes I’m adding olive oil let that heat up on medium heat and start with the pork all in all the total cooking

Time for today’s dish is between 15 and 20 minutes so this one is really really quick after 2 or 3 minutes your Tomatoes will get soft you will be able to crush them to get out all the juices flip your pork loin make sure not to cut it too thick and

Then crash the rest of the tomatoes give it a good mix and then add your fresh Sage then add your push from Pama or any Italian ham that you prefer it doesn’t has to be cooked just warm it up a little bit inside that sauce and it will really really add

Great flavors so finally parmesan cheese freshly grated on top and that’s it give it a good mix again let’s sit for another 30 seconds or 1 minute and then this dish is ready to be served quick porkloin salt inoka style Skillet delicious stuff everyone can do at home without any big preparation and
