Okay and what I’m going to do is I’m going to boil I’m going to drop it in this water and boil it it for like 3 to 4 minutes and then I’m going to drain it and then set the pasta to the side and then in the same pot I’m going to take

The olive oil and sauté all these onions the garlic I got a lot of garlic you all and some crushed red peppers and then once I finished sautéing those in the pot I’m going to put the pasta back in the pot and just toss it so I’m going to show you all the

Okay so once this is done I’ll come back on camera now I’m just giving the noodles a a stir everybody just make sure that you know everything is submerged in the water don’t worry these noodles do not stick together together like regular pasta so it should be fine all right oh by the

Back okay I am back so what I did was I took the pot I rinsed it out very very good and I took a paper towel and I Dred it out to make sure it’s nice nice and dry so I’m getting the pan heated up now

So that I can sauté the onions first and then once I get the onions to the consistency that I like I’m going to drop in the garlic is my C why is m is that better hold on feel like my camera is crooked hold on guys oh there we

Go sorry about that so the pan should be hot now you guys you’re going to put a generous amount of olive oil because remember this is the sauce that’s going on top the pasta so do not be afraid of the olive oil okay then we’re going to add the

Onions so let’s drop in the onions okay so that’s all of the onions I just turn to pot off I had to pot on medium should have been on high remember when I salting my vegetables everybody I always put black pepper okay black pepper I love pepper and I’m using the Mediterranean Salt

Okay not a lot of salt and then on the ex got my crushed red peppers everybody I like to sauté these also with my vegetables okay let’s move it Around you guys it’s a good dish I’mma add the um the roasted red bell pepper um when I drop the garlic in here cuz I don’t want that to get too mushy gosh these onions smell so good with these seasonings I’m here to tell you though this is so good

Yeah if you don’t like spice you can leave the squash red peppers out you guys know I love spice so that’s why it’s in here I’mma cook my onions kind of well done because I love like hard cooked onions everybody I love it let me use the toms

Hold on I’m going to use these right here instead of using this For so try this dish I think you’re going to like it you can also add um some fresh broccoli to this you all you add all kinds of stuff to this dish I’m just giveing you the base on what I do Okay okay that’s kind of let me fried the onions a little bit harder again you fry it to your liking okay make sure the pan is dry though cuz oil and water they do not mix let’s drop in the garlic you guys I love garlic because the garlic keep the vampires away from

You and so far I have not been bit yet so put a lot of garlic in here especially on Halloween keep those blood thirsty bats out of your life out of your house I want all my garlic okay move this around the reason um I said it wrong you

Want to add the um roasted red pepper to this dish once you add the pasta to this dish okay and all I’m doing is going to heat the roast the rad Peppers up guys this smells so good like I said hopefully you would try this dish out hopefully you’ll like

Okay between a um a low um a low high let’s drop in the pasta so here’s the pasta and again you do it according to your taste how you want to season it and so forth all right so let’s put that back in the sink let’s toss all this

Around I’m going add more olive oil remember the olive oil is my sauce now I’m going to add in the peppers already drained it everybody add these Peppers to it it’s so good and you turn that pot down though the grease won’t Splash that much especially since you add that liquid you

Know to the pot just give it a good toss I’m going turn down to a low now this does not mix like regular pasta everybody this pasta doesn’t mix like that I’m going to tell you guys this is good like I said if I had broccoli you can add shrimp to this

Chicken whatever you want to add okay whatever you want to add I’m going turn the pond off I don’t want to overcook the pasta so let’s go and put this on my plate all right so meet me on the Allen all right guys it’s time to
