Ingredients:
– 1/2 pound of linguine
– 1 can whole baby clams
– 1/3 cup white wine
– 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
– about 1 cup clam juice (whatever is in the can)
– 2 garlic cloves, minced
– 1 shallot, minced
– 2 Tablespoons olive oil
– 1/2 tsp kosher salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
– optional: sprinkle of lemon pepper seasoning and parmigiano reggiano
– for serving: handful of chopped Italian parsley and lemon wedges
