Got the cast v3 in my grinder today and aligned. For anyone thinking about getting these, they are definitely in the middle between hu and mp, but keep in mind I haven’t seasoned them so I will post an update when they are. So far I tried light and medium roast, the light had great flavor separation hitting a fruity/ nutty flavor, the medium almost completely took out the chocolate flavor and only the fruity flavor in that roast came out which was orange zest but I didn’t mess with the medium as much because I was highly caffeinated and had to stop haha. So far it seems like it highlights fruity flavors and favors light roast with a little more body than mp. For light roast awesome so far.

That’s literally looks like Eureka Mignon Brew Pro 50mm burrs. Probably taste similar. I have seen only praises about Brew Pro lineup
