Ingredients: – ½ cup raw cashews (soaked in water overnight if not using highspeed blender) – 1 tbsp lemon juice – ½ tsp cumin – 1 tsp salt – ¼ tsp garlic and onion powder – ¼ cup hot green chiles (using zias) – ¼ cup medium green chiles (using zias) – 1 ½ tsp tapioca starch – 1 ½ cup water
Directions: 1. Add everything in your blender besides the mild green chiles. Blend on high until smooth. 2. Bring a pan over medium heat, pouring in blender contents. Add in mild green chiles to stir in. Heat/stir until thickened to that queso like consistency. Once things are bubbling it will only take a few minutes! Takes around 3-5 min. 3. Serve and enjoy! Dip it, pour it, drink it….live laugh love.
