Whas hattenin folks …. Here’s my take on Chilli Con Carne let’s rockkkk

I miss making this for my former customers when I sold nachos. It was soo popular and i’ve been asked so many times how did I make it. So here you go folks up the nachnaasty.

*INGREDIENTS
– 1kg of minced beef
– one white onion
– one bell pepper
– tomato puree
– tinned chopped tomatoes
– beef stock cube
– kidney beans
– dried chillies
– garlic cloves
– chocolate of your choice
Spices 🌶️🌶️
– paprika, chilli powder, cayenne pepper,salt and pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin powder, coriander powder

I got my dried chillies from Amazon but if you can’t get your hands on them and wanna use something to replace it from a local shop like the rest of the ingredients. Just use a bit more chill powder, smoked paprika and wostcher sauce. It won’t fully replace it but will add some flavours you’ll be missing without the chillis .

Make a big batch of this and pour it over a number or different dishes then freeze and reheat the rest for another day.

What’s happing folks chili con Cary time this makes any dish is poured over so special full of flavors easy to make and very comtent oh yeah let’s rock we’re going to start off by dcing and chopping up five dry chilies as fine as you can the reason I’m chopping them

As f as I can to a little powder is I when to blend them up what we blend actually broke so if you have one or anything like a grinder use that much better if you’re like your don’t give up on it still able to try chilies cuz

Trust me they add sandwich flavor just takes a bit effort to chop them as fine as you can so there you go when you finish that get a one white onion and one bell pepper T that onion up as fine as you can and same with the pepper I

Know some people struggle to cut up a pepper so here’s the way I find the easiest just cut down the sides toss the car away and cut off any white bits Lo that up nice and fine then toss it all into a big pot with some oil and three

Seems like a lot of ingredients and spices for one dish especially if only new to cooking it can be overwhelming but trust the process it’s all water this is all going to taste amazing now add two tablespoons of tomato puree one beef stock Cube One Tin of chopped

Tomatoes which I forgot to record folks so sorry about that and add a good bit of water let that come to a boil for around 5 minutes and bring it down to a low heat to allow to simmer after that you’re going to wash and dry one t of

Kidney beans and toss in chili I know some people don’t like kidney beans or don’t like beans at all but personally for me beans still belong in a chili so use any beans you want but if you really really can’t stand them it still will be delicious without them but it avoid you

To give it a bash has a lot of flavor and texture don’t forget to give it a taste and see if you need or want to add any more season or spices like personally myself I wanted more spice so I added more chili powder Coen

Pepper and a bit of garlic it’s up to you what you want to add now you’re probably wondering why the this fell not added any sugar to the chili but I like to add my Sugar by adding a few squares of my favor chocolate this obviously adds the sugar to the chili

Which you needs but also adds some nice rich Umami flavors but now your chili should be looking like this not too thick and not too watery if it’s too thick just simply add some water and let similar way the longer you leave your chili the nicer it tastes then flavors

Will get to know each other and everything just becomes more flavorful o left M over night but if you really can’t wait dig in after a half an hour of sim now that chili is finished it’s in time to Joy with a dish of your choice as I’ve said before in past
