This is a simple family pleaser!!! Simple Recipe that everyone will love!!! Wish I would have had more time to catch some more crab and do this with fresh crab but still turned out Great with store bought!!! Don’t limit yourself to Just the recipe on the screen you can add to this and make it personalized!!! I would suggest chopping onions or shallots, some thyme and rosemary the options are endless!!!

Hey everybody Welcome to Chef dad and this is crab stuffed mushrooms okay these are all the ingredients for the crab stuffed mushrooms get the Caps off clean them out a little bit so the way that we’re going to do that was we’re just going to pop those centers

Out then go in with a spoon and clean out the Gill try not to break it this will be our our vessel for the crab stuffing the reason for cleaning out the gills is to give you more area for your filling but it’s also going to give you a lot better product

In the end all right we’re going to cut up some Italian parsley cut it don’t crush it we’re going to use half of this for this dish and half of it for another dish we’re not going to use any of the stems we’re going to go ahead and put this right

Into our mixing bowl I said half okay now we’re going to go in I didn’t spend the time cracking crab but we do have claw meat go ahead and dump that in there okay so we got pound of crab meat right there going to go in with some Parmesan cheese this

Is pregrated parmesan cheese uh live with and we’re going to go in with about that much we’ll decide if we want to add any more here in just a little bit uh we’re going to go in with a some Italian bread crumbs and right now we’re not going to

Put a whole lot in there because we are going to top this with some more parmesan cheese and uh breadcrumbs um right here we got bearded butcher butter blend one of the greatest seasonings other than my smoked salt we going to add just a little bit of that

We’re going to go in with a good healthy pinch of some black truffle smoked salt some Italian herbs I’m going to add just a little bit olive oil into this mixture here and a little bit of mayonnaise as a binder about that much all right so this

Nice crab meat you can see that it’s lumps you don’t want to break all that up so we can go ahead and separate it right now and we add two of them in here so once we got it separated you don’t want to mash it so just give it a good

Mix and we’ll see how much of the other binders we need to put together as you can see it doesn’t hold together a whole lot so we’re going to throw in another scoop of mayonnaise see if that gets us to and I want a little more parmesan cheese right

Now see if that gets us exactly where we want it’s a little bit better but we’re going to go in with a little bit more breadcrumbs all right as you can see that’s starting to form together it holds together pretty good but it’s not too thick cuz we’re W

This to be cohesive it’s going to melt down into these mushrooms so now what we’re going to do we’re going to spread that olive oil around this dish we take one of our mushrooms form a little ball we’re just going to put it right in that mushroom set it on in and then

Repeat this parking be a little time consuming so bring in your kids and let them have a little fun with you once we got all our mushrooms set in there we got a preheated oven to 425° we are going to take just a light dusting right now of this parmesan

Cheese and go right over the tops of them and a little bit of the breadcrumbs and then about halfway through bacon we’re going to take them back out and we’re going to add a little bit more uh parmesan to the top and a little bit of butter we’re going to take our

Mushrooms and we’re going to go ahead and stick them right in the oven okay we’re going to take the mushrooms out they’re halfway through cooking we’re going to top them with just a little bit more Parmesan cheese and also some butter just a little dash of some olive oil that’ll flow

Underneath now we’re going to put a back in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes okay this is a crab stuffed mushroom I cook perfect thanks everybody for watching please like And subscribe
