Show you in about 10 seconds longer than it takes to make a glass of chocolate milk how to make an awesome New York style chocolate egg cream and here’s the best part there’s no eggs in a chocolate egg cream so first thing I did is I took

A 16 o glass and as you can see I put about an inch of chocolate sauce in the bottom of the glass now when you go to famous New York delies if you’re lucky most of them are going to be using this Fox’s ubet chocolate sauce you find this

In the kosher section of your grocery store if you’re lucky enough now any kind of chocolate sauce will work but this is the real one that they use in New York now again we’ve already got the chocolate sauce in there so we’re going to just mix in some milk you can use any

Kind of milk that you want and I bring it up to about 2/3 a little bit past halfway about 2/3 okay and then at that point we’re just going to stir it okay now you get it all mixed in and it looks just like a regular glass of

Chocolate milk okay but then we’re going to do the big trick and the trick is salzer water now this will cost you about a dollar at the grocery store and this will last you plenty of chocolate egg creams be careful when you open the top it’s carbonated so it’ll Spritz a

Little bit so we’re going to take it and we’re going to top this off maybe leave about a/ inch at the top there so we can stir it without spilling and here we go all nice and stirred up and you know once you start doing
