    Pork is a little done for my preference and more spring onions cut abit nicer this looks nice!

    I think the puree and beans overwhelm the pork. Perhaps less or a smaller or more condensed amount. Also would look better with curly green onions (thin slice and ice bath). Another contrasting color would help too. Overall still looks really tasty to me.

    Getting weird Oscar Meyer vibes from this dish. I’m sure it tastes delicious, but the visual presentation is a turn off for me.
