Easy gremolata! Top your veg and meat with this. It comes together in a bowl in less than 3 minutes. It’s really that fast. Here’s how to do it:

•50 g (half bunch) italian flat leaf parsley
• zest of half of a lemon
• 1 clove of garlic, microplaned
• salt to taste

Mix to combine and store in fridge or serve immediately!
