Um this last round with a stomach has been horrible um but um kind of in the mood to cook so I wanted to take advantage of that just do something real simple I’m sure that you guys have made a thousand times but we just call it Italian sausage pasta bake now

Um I if I’m if okay so before I’ve been making this for years before when I was a single girl living on my own and didn’t have anybody swear about out I always use the spicy Italian sausage because it was so good to me but Bon’s not a big fan of the

Spicy Italian sausage Anthony is not a huge fan of the Italian sausage period so I use the mild or the sweet now this is mild we went to Walmart this evening if you’ve not done that in the last couple of days 10 out of 10 don’t recommend stay away

Okay now the Italian sausage like this is in a natural casing which is uh generally sheep intestines or something like that so you’re going to need a pretty sharp knife to cut this into slices and I don’t take the casing off I like it that’s just me we’re going to take a

Skillet and I’m going to put a couple tablespoons of um avocado oil in there and then we’re going to start sautéing the sausage this is going to come together real quick um it’s going to be so tasty so easy I’ve been craving something with an Italian flavor I what really want

Spaghetti so this is what we ended up doing this is a great little midweek dinner to throw together and y’all listen I wish I had the energy to put together some Christmas recipe for you we’re going to shoot for candy making tomorrow I don’t know it’s Christmas Eve yay but

Using the yo mama marinara because it comes in at 130 milligrams of sodium per serving which is the lowest that I have found and it is delicious that’s what we’re going to use you can use any Marin or any pasta sauce you want for this that’s just what I’m Using make sure to get a good SE on K is bacon baby it’s almost done the Turtle pizza I don’t care go ahead and say it terrible mother he’ll probably eat some of the pasta with the sauce but it’s not real crazy B is not really crazy about the texture of meat

Honestly period hamburger chicken nuggets really that but no we don’t have any chicken nugget wish we did okay so this is getting getting done we’re g to go paper onion you have here there’s an actual piece of C no I found it’s probably thing been the dishes last couple days

Up out of the tub and I tried to go pee when I peed that was like the ultimate pain it felt like something was just ripping through me I about died and then I was like oh God oh God about passed out it was hurting so bad I climbed back in the

Bathtub and um and I just laid in the I had it was a big jacuzzi dub and I laid in there for probably 2 3 hours and then Anthony had to help me out and get me back into the bed and the next morning uh when I woke up I wasn’t in pain
