
I have always felt best eating whole food plant-based, but it’s been hard to commit with a stressful job and two kids. I asked my husband not to spend money on me for Christmas this year because money has been tight, so he told me that he would instead commit to cooking completely wfpbno for the month and I was so excited about it. It’s been fun to try new things out of Dr Gregor’s cookbooks, and Forks Over Knives etc.
I had a fairly easy time losing weight after my first pregnancy but it has been such a slog after my second pregnancy. I just felt like the weight absolutely would not come off.
I was not going into this month for weight loss, but I just feel like the pounds are melting away without me even trying. This is after over two years of very slow progress trying other methods.
I was tracking my weight and realized that I am the lowest I have been since before my second pregnancy over 2 years ago. I just had to share with a community that might understand!
