Ingredients:
a. 700g vine ripe tomatoes (make sure they are ripe and never put in the fridge)
b. 1 cup of Bulgur no 1
c. 3 Tablespoons of Kamoun (Lebanese Spice Blend)
d. 1/3 Cup of Passata (Tomato puree)
e. 1/2 of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
f. 1 Tablespoon of dried mint
g. 1/2 Tablespoon of pomegranate molasses
h. Small piece of red onion
i. 1 Teaspoon of red pepper paste

Recipe:
a. In a food processor, put small piece of red onion, kamoun, red pepper paste, blend and put aside in a bowl.
b. Roughly chop the tomatoes and grind them in the food processor to a mild consistency.
c. Put on top of the spice blend we have made (in the bowl)
d. Add pomegranate molasses, dried mint, Passata, Bulgur no 1, evoo, and salt to taste.
e. Mix well and cover with a tea towel. Let sit for 15 minutes.
f. After 15 minutes, remove towel, mix well to make sure the bulgur has absorbed the tomato sauce well (if still runny, let it sit for another 5 minutes)
g. Sprinkle with small pieces of red onion and top it up with evoo
h. ENJOY with olives and radishes (you can eat it with Pita Bread)!
