QUICK AND EASY BEEF AND BROCCOLI LUNCH OR DINNER RECIPE READY IN 30 MINUTES

Beef and Broccoli

400g Beef tenderloin steak
300g Broccoli head

1 tsp Corn starch
1/2 tbsp Sweet chili
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1/4 tsp Salt

1 tbsp Soy sauce
1/2 tbsp Oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Coriander seeds powder
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp Ginger powder or fresh crushed ginger
1 Minced clove of garlic
1 tbsp Spring onion ( the white part)
1 cup Chicken stock
Salt

-CUT THE BEEF INTO STRIPS 2 CM THICK , PUT IN A DISH, ADD SALT, SWEET CHILI, 1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER,1/2 TSP GARLIC POWDER, MIX WELL AND THEN ADD CORN STARCH, MIX WELL AND SET ASIDE.

-SEPARATE THE FLORETS FROM THE BROCCOLI HEAD, BRING WATER TO A BOIL, ADD SALT AND THE FLORETS, BLANCH FOR 2 MINUTES, REMOVE FROM THE POT PUT ON A PLATE AND SET ASIDE.

-IN A BIG PAN, HEAT 3 TBSP OF COOKING OIL ON HIGH TO MEDIUM, ADD THE BEEF, FRY ON ONE SIDE FOR 2 MINUTES, FLIP ON THE OTHER SIDE FRY FOR 2 MINUTES, REMOVE FROM THE PAN, DEGLAZE THE PAN WITH A BIT OF WATER, ADD THE SPRING ONION, FRY FOR 4 MINUTES, ADD CORIANDER SEED POWDER, MINCED GARLIC, BLACK PEPPER, GINGER POWDER, WORCESTERSHIRE, SOY, AND OYSTER SAUCE, MIX WELL, COOK FOR 50 SECONDS.

-ADD 1 CUP CHICKEN STOCK, COOK FOR 2 MINUTES ADD CHILI FLAKES, COOK FOR 3 MINUTES, ADD THE BROCCOLI AND THE BEEF COOK FOR 2 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM THE STOVE.

-SERVE WITH RICE ENJOY
