Buongiorno Hello everyone. Artemia cucina Today I would like to introduce you to Italian sweets. A typical sweet from northern Italy. This is a famous sweet especially from the Mantua region. It’s a sweet called sbrisolona. Literally translated, it means something like “tattered.” This cookie? cookie? Yes, it’s a cookie! This sbrisolona is really delicious.

I have never thought that any Italian sweets were this delicious, However, be careful not to eat too much of this. Once you start eating, you won’t be able to stop.

But it’s actually very easy to make. I have a friend who runs a restaurant in the north, and I heard this recipe from him. It’s very easy to make, just mix and bake, so I highly recommend you give it a try. I don’t think there are any similar sweets in Japan.

Anyway, please try it once. So I think you can understand what I mean by “it won’t stop”. It’s a dangerous sweet😅, but let’s make it together. OK, let’s get started First, heat the oven to 170℃/ 338°F Put corn flour (200g/ 7oz) in a bowl and cake flour (200g/ 7oz)

Sugar (200g/ 7oz) Use granulated sugar if possible and a pinch of salt You can also use lard (100g/3,5oz) or shortening, or if you can’t get it easily, replace it with butter. Also add butter (100g/ 3,5oz). If you can’t get lard or shortening or don’t like lard, please substitute 200g/ 7oz of butter.

Actually, the real recipe calls for 200g/ 7oz of lard, but I tried halving it. Be sure to use hard, chilled lard and butter. Then, use your fingers and the pads of your hands to rub the powder and oil together until they become crumbly.

Make sure not to knead at this point so that the flour and oil blend together and form a crumbly dough. If the dough sticks due to the heat of your hands while working, try chilling it in the refrigerator.

Before doing this, toast the almonds in a frying pan for a few minutes. And keep the rough heat of the almonds aside. Coarsely chop the cooled almonds. When the dough becomes crumbly, add the chopped almonds (200g/ 7oz) and mix. Again, it is OK to mix everything together.

Once everything is mixed, place all the dough on the baking sheet. It is OK to spread the dough all over the baking sheet. Try not to press down too much Spread the dough all over and bake it in an oven preheated to 170℃/ 338°F for about 30 to 35 minutes.

Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool completely. Be sure to let it cool completely, otherwise the dough will fall apart. Break the cooled cookies into appropriate sizes and serve. This crunchy dough is very delicious, so be careful of moisture.

When finished, be sure to store it in a can or storage bag. Just mix it up, it’s really easy, so I recommend it. This sound is good, isn’t it? It’s so delicious that you won’t know when to stop. Please try making it 😊
