WW Friendly Air Fryer Recipe | Panko Ranch Parmesan Chicken Tenders

Panko Parmesan Ranch Chicken Tenders
4 Servings (3 Tenders per serving)
2 SP per serving (3 Tenders)

12 Chicken Tenders – raw
1 ¼ cup panko bread crumbs (plain)
1 egg
2 Tbl water
Salt/pepper
1 ½ tsp garlic powder
1 ½ tsp onion powder
¾ tsp paprika
3 tsp dried parsley
2 tsp grated parmesan cheese

Make seasoning mix by combining – salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, parsley and parmesan cheese.

In a shallow dish, mix the egg and 2 Tbl water – whisk together until combined.

Pour panko crumbs in another shallow dish.

Sprinkle seasoning mix onto both sides of the chicken. Put seasoning mix in both the egg wash and the panko crumbs. This will ensure that the chicken is properly seasoned.

Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees. Spray cooking spray directly onto both sides of the chicken tenders. Cook in the air fryer for 12 minutes flipping halfway through.

Dipping suggestions: G Hughes sugar free BBQ sauce or honey mustard sauce. OR Skinny Kitchen Ranch.

Hi guys i am bringing you another quick and easy airfare recipe this is some panko ranch parmesan chicken tenders you guys these come out so crispy so tender they are fantastic you’re going to love them so let’s get into the recipe So one thing I love about this recipe is it’s really all ingredients that you probably already have on hand I already had all this stuff on hand I just had to pick up the chicken and I was ready to go so the first thing we’re going to do

Is we’re going to get together these seasoning mix so in a bowl you want to put it into the salt and pepper I don’t ever measure this I just kind of sprinkle out enough pepper to enough salt that looks good enough then you’re gonna add in a 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of

Garlic powder 1 in 1/2 teaspoons of onion powder then 3/4 of a teaspoon of paprika and 3 teaspoons of dried parsley and then you’re going to use two teaspoons of a grated Parmesan cheese and this is like the little cheese’s in those shaker bottles so you just blend 2

Teaspoons of that and you’re going to go ahead and mix it all around and then in a shallow dish you want to add and your 1 in 1/4 cup of panko crumbs and then another shallow dish you want to add your egg Plus 2 tablespoons of water and

You don’t – just mix that up a really well until it’s nice and combined then you’re gonna take that seasoning mix and you’re gonna season your chicken on both sides and then you’re also going to take that seasoning mix and season your egg and also season your pinko bread crumbs

I find that you get the best seasoning if you layer all of your different layers if you just put it on the chicken once you put in the egg it pretty much just falls off so this is a trick that I have used for years whenever I’m breading anything is seasoned all your

Layers so then you’re just gonna take your chicken dip it in the egg dip it in the panko and that’s all you’re gonna do until all your chicken tenders are nice and coated now you want to really kind of press the pinko into the tenders if you’ve never used panko before because

It is kind of hard to stick to yours that doesn’t not like regular breadcrumbs because they are so coarse and you can’t use regular breadcrumbs for the recipe I don’t think they come out as crispy though that’s what I like about the pinko is they’re nice and

Crispy so I’m just going to continue doing that until they are all nice and coated ok so now I’m going to take my air fryer basket I’m going to put I’m just going to start off with just putting four of the tenders in the basket I’m spraying the cooking spray

Sites you probably should do this outside your cooking basket because you’re technically not supposed to put spray on these cooking baskets and then you’re gonna cook it at 400 degrees for 12 minutes flipping halfway through and here’s what they look like when they come out of the air fryer look how

Crispy they are they are so good so I’m going to continue doing that until all my chicken tenders are cooked so here are some examples of some sites you can dip them in I have some no sugar added ketchup here I have some of these sugar-free honey mustard dipping sauce

Yesterday when we were at The market research chicken tenders and I told Steve people are always using chicken tenders in the recipes but at that moment I couldn’t think of what they were and he’s like do you want to get them enough at night. I should’ve got them LOL maybe I’ll get them today. Hey how can I use them if they’re frozen do you think?
