Ingredients:

100 g – chickpea (let in a water for few hours before)
100 g – peas or lentils
50 g – rice
30 g – parsley
150 g – tomato paste
4 spoons of olive oil
3-4 liters of water
2 spoons of flour
200 ml – water
1/2 teaspoon – black pepper
1/2 teaspoon – curcuma
1/2 teaspoon – red pepper (optionally)
1/2 teaspoon – ginger (optionally)
3 teaspoon of caraway
2-4 cloves of garlic
1-2 spoon of salt (optionally)
