Yep you seen the title in the thumbnail you already know what we doing this is one of them veggies you hated to eat as kids but you going to love the way we prepared today I’m going show you guys how to make a creamy garlic parmesan brussel sprout y’all ready get in your

Kitchen let’s go all right guys let’s do a quick rundown of what we have for today’s recipe right here we got our Brussel spouse back here some bacon some heavy whipping cream black pepper seasoned salt freshly grated Parmesan cheese some minced garlic corn starch water butter and fresh FR grated

Mozzarella cheese so these are the ingredients let’s get to it all right to get started we’re going to start frying our bacon and of course we’re going to cook this until it’s all the way Crispy all right so it looks like we’re good right here I’m going to PO I’m going to turn our heat off real quick while we remove our bacon I’m just going to place this on a plate with line with paper towels and then we’re going to drain some our bacon grease leave about

2 tablespoons in it and we’re going to come right back okay now that we removed our bacon drained some our fat I left about 2 to 3 tablespoons of bacon grease in here and now we’re about to add our brussel sprouts and I forgot to mention

Guys what you want to do with your brussel sprouts you want to make sure you cut the bottom of them off and and slice them in half like this before you add them to your pan so we’re going to heat our oil up again add our butter we

Going to get that melted now we’re going to add our brussel sprouts and guys we’re going to cook this for about six to 7 minutes we want the edge of those brussel sprouts to start crisping and then some of that those leaves to start charring up we’re

Going to season this with some seasoned salt our black pepper and just let these babies sauté in that greasing that butter moving it around occasionally All right so after about those 6 or 7 minutes you want to add your garlic get this stirred in for about a minute or so all right after that minute what you want to do is you want to start adding your cream reduce your heat down to low

And you want to let this simmer for about 3 to 4 minutes now if you if it’s too thin for you this is when you can add your corn starch slurry I’m going to let this cook for about 3 to 4 minutes see what it looks Like all right guys I’m going to add a little bit of my cornstarch slurry kind of thicken it up here a little bit and let it cook for another minute or so have after about that minute you want to start adding your bacon get that mixed in here like That now with our parmesan cheese and we’re going to stick this in the oven for about 10 to 12 minutes till that cheese start bubbling and we’re going to come right back and guys this is what we have about 10 minutes in the oven now if you want to you can stick it
