Trader Joe’s is known for its value but what are some of the best value buys at Trader Joe’s so this week’s haul I kind of did twofold I put a bag full of stuff that I need this week but then I put some of the best buys from Trader Joe’s

In this bag so we’re going to explore both of them and at the very end I’m going to show you some other items in store that I didn’t buy today but are also great bargain Buys so let’s jump on into this week’s Trader Joe’s haul Okay so there are a lot of different ways to shop at Trader Joe’s um sometimes you can just go in for weekly things you want to just do a meal but I thought it’d be fun this week to break it into two different bags one bag this

One which is actually the most full it cost $81 and this bag are all of the bargain buys at Trader Joe’s this is where you can find some of the best value items at Trader Joe’s in this bag and then of course I had to get new

Items and just items from for myself so I put them in this bag right here so first things first lunch them in we’ll do um a couple bargain buys and then we’ll do some of mine and switch back and forth um I have a little notepad

Right here and I did write down what prices these look like at other grocery stores um and then at the very end because I do have some food allergies there are other bargain buys at Trader Joe’s that you can’t I didn’t pick up today so I’ll b-roll them behind me on

Vau if you go to Ralph’s if you go to other Grocers these will cost anywhere from you know $3 or more up to like $850 but Trader Joe’s it’s $1.99 for their seasonings you cannot go wrong with that I picked up the onion salt this is a

Really good salt if you add this to like a vinegarette it can make the tastiest salad dressing and I learned that from a podcast I was was on um another bargain by and I wouldn’t say specifically okay macadamia nuts not just macadamia nuts but all of the nuts at Trader Joe’s are

Really good deals so for instance you can get a big bag of raw almonds for $4.99 I love macadamia nuts these are actually a dollar cheaper than you can get them elsewhere um like at bonds and if you go to a different grocery like Air1 it’ll be twice as much so these are

These are a dollar cheaper than where You’ get them at a different grow sure um another really good buy is this frozen food the Frozen Seafood has some of the best deals you can find one of the ones that I found that is just like a huge value by is the Atlantic salmon

Fillets these have four fillets per container and it’s $9.99 per pound so that comes out so this for four fets of salmon is $1.89 so it’s about 250 per fle which is a huge value and this is farm rais salmon but it’s norw norian Farm Ray salmon which has the highest

Quality of farm R salmon in the world I encourage you to go look at the Norwegian Farm R salmon facilities like Open Water they’re amazing um and taste delicious too so this is the Norwegian Farm ra Farm ra Atlantic salmon $9.99 a pound a huge huge value you can find

This in the frozen section tonight I’m going to make tacos with this so I will be sure to share the real on how I make my salmon tacos um another great buy from Trader Jo’s is the their coffee they have an amazing coffee selection and the value

Cannot be beat this is an organic coffee this is actually brand new and it is $6.99 for 13 Oz $6.99 I was at a coffee shop the other day and I had to pay over $20 for one that was like much much fancier supposedly but this is great

You go to the supplement sections at Trader Joe’s they’ve got these propis shots that are really really good for your immune system I get on a flight tomorrow I’ll be flying for I have two 15-hour flights back Tob back I’m heading to Cape Town for a friend’s 40th

Birthday and I am going to be breathing an airplane a for so long so these propolis shots I absolutely love them they’re $1.99 I believe um they’ve got vitamin C D3 zinc propolis extract orange juice and honey they’re a little bit sweet from the orange juice and

You can’t put a price tag on not getting sick um so I’m going to have a little bit of this right now these are good I I keep them in the fridge you don’t need to but I I just feel like anything in the shape it’s got this security tape on it

Let’s see if I can get it open oh and I can’t forget um another great buy from Trader Joe’s and you guys all know this already CU if you’ve been shopping there you know they’re flowers They’re flowers are such good buys um I bought mums last week I’m buying mums

Again because I’ll be gone for a week but I know when I come back the mums will still be going strong these are $4.99 and you get like one two I there’s six or seven mums flowers in here they last they’re beautiful they come in different colors which I like um there’s

Usually yellow purple sometimes you can find white ones they upset yeah these are good they they kind of tast like orange juice with honey in them great for your immune system $1.99 back in here okay let’s talk about olive oil from Trader Joe’s you can get some

Really really good types of olive oil at Trader Joe’s one thing to always look for um which I learned from Bobby Bobby Parish um is looking for olive oils that are packed and produced in the same region and a lot of times you can look

On the back and it’ll show if the olives are from different countries you want to find like single origin packed and produced in the same place so this one on the back says it’s a product of Italy um and let’s see the olives are grown and harvested in pugia Sicily and

Calabria regions in Italy so it’s it’s a product of Italy it’s packed there and this is 100% Italian president’s Reserve extra virgin olive oil really really good price I believe it’s $12.99 it’s a couple dollars more expensive than it used to be in the past but it’s a good

Bite it’s a huge bottle comes in glass good bite they have other ol olive oils at Trader Joe’s but if you’re looking for a high quality one I definitely recommend the presidential or the president’s re reserve and it’s cold pressed okay I spend some time over in

The frozen food today because the Indian food is a great value of Trader and it is so delicious I picked up the lamb vindaloo I think this is like $3.49 and it’s a meal for $3.49 390 calories 21 g of protein 490 Mig of sodium like this

Find in this which is cold press acerola cherry juice that’s it was $750 and these are $1.99 at Trader Jo so very very good value and these are great cuz they have at 1,0% of your daily value vitamin C so that helps with your body form collagen it helps your body better

Absorb iron vitamin C is your best friend when it comes to boosting your immune system so that is a great value buy for $1.99 um string cheese another really good value from Trader Joe’s um I think it’s just three bucks for 12 string chees is it might be three bucks and

Some change but such a good value buy now they also have an organic string cheese which costs a little bit more so if you don’t need need organic this is the way to go shring cheese are a great snack too anytime of day um since we’re on the cheeses in general Trader joess

Is a phenomenal cheese Department the unexpected cheddar cheese is obviously like a winner for everyone and I think it’s also just like I think it’s 3.49 I feel like everything in this Haul is 349 um but a really good buy tastes delicious can go on so many different

Things uh one of my favorite cheeses that Trader does I think it’s also unanimously like been voted as one of the best cheeses at Trader Joe so this is the unexpected cheddar I always check their cheese Department every week so I feel like they always have brand new

Cheeses um one that many people probably don’t think about good buys at Trader Joe’s are lemons 49 cents each 49 cents each which is a great value buy so I picked up two of those um they’ve got really high quality dog treats um I like the just Salmon skin dog treats my dog

This is another one that’s a really good value it has Omega 6 and Omega 3 I use this as Treats but most of the time I just crun Crush up and I’ll sprinkle it on top of their meal just like as a craa to make it fancy for dinner for them um

They absolutely love these it says dog might justy flips for poy does spins 360° spins it’s really cute that’s a good one um another buy which popped up on like every single like I was on Reddit forms of everywhere looking at the best bargain buys at Trader Joe’s and is Cary

Gold butter a really really good price let me see how much it usually yes so a Trader Joe’s a carry gold butter I think is $4.49 $4.49 and it’s usually 650 at other grocery stores so that is a huge value for a very high quality butter because these are milk from Irish

Grass-fed cows grass-fed butter is the best butter in the world Cy gold is where it’s at they also have an unsalted version um and last but not least is it a value bu chips I think these chips are value by because they’re high quality chips that it’s potato olive oils and

Sea salt and that is it these have no canola oil no seed oils just potatoes olive oil and sea salt this is a really good buy I think it’s $2.99 for these I think yep $2.99 for these potato chips great value by and the chips are about

Up to here in the bag so the chip to bag ratio is worth that you guys have to let me know what some of your favorite value buys are and I’m going to go through this next bag which is this week’s haul with some of the new items that we are going to

Treats these are going on the airplane with me the just mango I just I love these they travel well I’m going to take these and those Mac Damian UPS I bought these are going to go in my carryon not my carryon like my backpack carryon something me about macadamia nut

With a just mango salty sweet such a good combo um brand new from trainer Joe’s if you’re feeling a little lazy celery bite now I like these because celery when you bite into a celery stick sometimes I find that you get too many strings where this is already made

For your like I appreciate the bite size portion because when you bite into one and you have to break it yourself you’ll get the the strings in your teeth and I love celery juice I don’t know why I haven’t been eating celery in forever but this is one of my favorite

Snacks from back in the day reminds me of college I’d be studying in the library and it’s all quiet and then I bring out my celery snack and just Crunch and it echoes while I’m studying for my macroeconomics test here we go little bit of almond butter celery bite

And speaking of almond butter Trader Jo has really good prices on their almond butters too really really really good I don’t have it off top of my head but it’s the cheapest I’ve seen anywhere in very high quality that was so good um for the tacos tonight I picked up some avocados

I only needed one but none of them were right so I had to buy a bag of four but just a pro tip you can store um avocados in the fridge it’ll keep them it’ll like they’ll last longer and then I was watching a YouTube video where someone was they like froze their

Avocado and I haven’t actually tried that so I can’t like verify whether or not it works well but check that out if you ever have avocados I’ll probably have to check it out cuz I don’t want them to go bad um let’s see uh everything but the bagel Greek style

Yogurt dip someone tagged me in this I was like I think I tried this a while back but I it’s been a minute and why not use the new celery bites which can we just comment on how perfect this bite size is okay here we go winning combo right

Here everything but the bagel Greek star yogurt di yummy it’s so good what’s in it Greek sty yogurt light cream water non-fat dried milk powder corn starch cultures seasoning blend which which is just the sesame seeds sea salt flakes dried garlic dried onion black sesame seeds poppy seeds essentially you can make

This just buy Greek yogurt and then dump in the everything but the bagel cheesing but this makes it like really easy this is a good tip I approve W it’s got that like tankiness that Greek yogurt Has you know this just looked really good so I picked it up these are Trader Joe’s arot carts and I found them in the frozen section cuz other great values from Trader Joe’s which you’ll see at the end um is frozen vegetables you can get like

A bag of frozen broccoli for $1.79 some really good values there so anyways I stumble upon these I was like I haven’t done anything with these but I want to air fry them two ways I want to air fryer with a little olive oil and salt try it like

That and then I also want to try like sautéing it on the stove top and then putting pesto all over it I love artichoke hearts they’re so good and I also had a really tasty artichoke um heart salad the other day I don’t know how well this would be cuz they’re

Frozen but anyways AR choke cards I haven’t seen these in a while I picked up some more go macro bars um to take with me on my journey to the other side of the earth I don’t know is this just me these have been tasting a lot sweeter lately like I the

Ingredients haven’t changed like the the nutrition facts but it tastes like there’s like way more sugar in them than there used to be I don’t know if my like taste but they changing but that’s just my observation if you guys have experienced that let me know two more

New items in here but first really enjoying these overnight oats this is going to be my little go-to breakfast tomorrow before I leave I just love them um you can also add in I’ve seen people add in like a scoop of collagen additional chia seeds they top it with

Fruit you can decorate it you can add more protein or you can just eat it as is cuz as is it has let’s see 12 g of protein and what I like about it is there’s no added sugar so it’s still sweet because they have dates in it and

Describe it uh brand new almond vanilla scented Foaming Hand Soap I love their Foaming Hand soaps so much how many how many days of our lives we spend washing our hands probably not enough but oh that smells nice wow really good um the Almond makes it really really nice it’s

Um it’s more almond than it is vanilla so sometimes I can’t do vanilla cuz just too much vanilla scent this is actually really really nice really nice refreshing refreshing it reminds me of a vacation I feel like I’ve stayed somewhere and the smell of this is taking me back

Back I like that that’s brand brand new um and then we also picked up some be this is so delicious um 16 oz one PB of be GOI so I’m going to be making some stuff with that I get home on like a I
