    Lovely plating. Bit of salt preserved lemon would be lovely with this and the yellow would be gorgeous.

  3. How much Sicilian are you stuffing into each squid? Do you have a specific meat from them that you’d recommend? I know they tend to be a rather lean population of people.

    Jk, looks fabulous! A little lemon zest or something on top would add a nice pop, but I’d tear it up as is.
