Ingredients:
1 piece of cauliflower 1.2 kg
Boil the chopped cauliflower for 3 minutes in salted water.
Cool, drain and add:
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
1 teaspoon chili sauce
1 teaspoon grated garlic
50 grams of parmesan
2-3 sprigs of parsley
20 grams of melted butter
salt and pepper to taste
Mix the ingredients
Arrange the cauliflower florets in a baking tray and sprinkle with another 30g of grated parmesan.
Bake at 200°C/390°F
for 20 min until golden brown
