Hey guys!

Currently 3 weeks into keto and made this tonight so thoughts I’d share!

Cut up belly pork into bite size pieces and boiled for 10 minutes with some salt.

Melted 20g butter and a tablespoon of olive oil and garlic and added the boiled belly pork

Let that get nice and crispy before adding mushrooms, onions and chopped chilli, 3 tablespoons of fish sauce, one table spoon of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of sugar free sweet chilli and half a cup of water

Cooked that until everything had caramelised and the sauce thickened.

Served with microwaved cauliflower rice.

Garnish with chive! Enjoy guys it was lovely.
