Remember it is PORK, the longer you slow cook it the better it will taste!!!
add water to the oil when you Cook the sausages this way you can cook them a lot longer, slower, and render a lot more fat and they'll taste 10 times better. Or a crock pot would work Perfectly to slow cook them!
