As Caldwell Esselstyn says, some people say eating plants is extreme. I say having a vein removed from your leg and grafted into your heart is extreme.

Great article that I will share with family and friends. Not optimistic that it will change any minds overnight but hopefully more people will come around over time the more they’re exposed to positive messages about a plant -based lifestyle.
