Ingredients
* Leche Flan*
10 eggyolks
1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tbsp calamansi juice

( For Caramel )
1/2 cup sugar

*Steamed Coffee cake*
2 cups all purpose flour or Cake flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/4 cup warm milk
1/3 cup water
1-2 tbsp instant coffee
2 tsp vanilla
Chocolate chips, optional

( For Meringue )
10 egg whites
1 tsp vinegar
1/2 cup sugar

( For Chocolate Ganache )
150g or 1 cup milk chocolate chips
3 tbsp butter
1/3 cup all purpose cream
