牛油杏仁糊材料: (大約重500g,可分4份,做120-125g/份)
1. 有鹽牛油 – 260g
2. 糖霜 – 110g
3. 蛋黃 – 2隻(40g)
4. 雲尼拿香油 – 2g
5. 杏仁粉 – 100g

牛油曲奇材料:(大約重220g,可做12個曲奇,17-18g/個)
1. 牛油杏仁糊 – 125g
2. 㡳筋麵粉 – 95g

伯爵茶曲奇材料:(大約重220g,可做12個曲奇,17-18g/個)
1. 牛油杏仁糊 – 125g
2. 㡳筋麵粉 – 90g
3. 即溶奶茶粉 – 4g
4. 伯爵茶粉 – 2g(1包)

抹茶曲奇材料:(大約重220g,可做12個曲奇,17-18g/個)
1. 牛油杏仁糊 – 125g
2. 㡳筋麵粉 – 90g
3. 抹茶粉 – 5-6g

朱古力核桃曲奇材料:(大約重245g,可做12個曲奇,20g/個)
1. 牛油杏仁糊 – 125g
2. 㡳筋麵粉 – 90g
3. 即溶奶茶粉 – 2g
4. 可可粉 – 6g
5. 核桃碎 – 25g

曲奇面材料:
1. 粗白砂糖 – 120g
2. 蛋白 – 1隻 (30g)

Sable Diamant Cookie is a kind of French dessert,it’s make with crispy cookie warped by a layer of coarse sugar, that a shiny as diamond and sweet and tasty.

1. Salted Butter – 260g
2. Icing Sugar – 110g
3. Egg Yolk – 2pcs (40g)
4. Vanilla Extra – 2g
5. Almond Powder – 100g

Butter Cookie Dough: (around – 220g,divided into 12pcs, 17-18g/pc)
1. Butter Almond Batter – 125g
2. Cake Flour – 95g

Earl Grey Cookie Dough: (around – 220g,divided into 12pcs, 17-18g/pc)
1. Butter Almond Batter – 125g
2. Cake Flour – 90g
3. Instant Milk Tea Powder – 4g
4. Earl Grey Tea – 2g(1 bag)

Matcha Cookie Dough: (around – 220g,divided into 12pcs, 17-18g/pc)
1. Butter Almond Batter – 125g
2. Cake Flour – 90g
3. Matcha Powder – 5-6g

Chocolate Walnut Cookie Dough: (around – 220g,divided into 12pcs, 20g/pc)
1. Butter Almond Batter – 125g
2. Cake Flour – 95g
3. Instant Milk Tea Powder – 2g
4. Cocoa Powder – 6g
5. Chopped Roasted Walnuts – 25g

Surface :
1. Coarse Sugar – 120g
