I’m Culinary student I made this for my assessment would really like some feedback on how I can improve the plating

Too busy, put the potato on a side plate, group the scallops (ok I was looking at this on my phone before, I can now see that they are potatoes, still group them) together and maybe keep the sauce to one side of the plate. Great flavour combos but it looks like you’ve thrown everything at the wall to see what sticks.

    Edit: can’t see the salsa, put the beurre blanc on one side and the salsa on the other, let people choose which they want on any given mouthful.
