How to make a Fudgy White Chocolate Biscoff Blondies!

These blondies are so fudgy, they’re packed with white chocolate, white chocolate chips, chunks of Lotus biscuits and a swirl of melted Biscoff spread 🤤

All you need is:

225g white chocolate, broken into chunks
115g unsalted butter
2 large eggs
70g granulated sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
155g plain flour
1 tsp salt
100g white chocolate chips
50g Biscoff biscuits, broken into chunks
60g Biscoff spread, melted

Tin size: 8×8”

Bake 150C (fan) 20-25 mins – or until the top is lightly golden (if you over bake them, they will become cakey) ❤️

Here’s how to make fudgy white chocolate biscoff blondies melt white chocolate and butter in the microwave stirring frequently until smooth in another bowl whisk two eggs until foamy then add granulated sugar and vanilla and whisk until combined add the white chocolate mix and whisk this in then sift in flour

And salt and fold until just combined add white chocolate chips and broken lotus biscuits and fold these in then scoop the mix into a baking tray and smooth it out drizzle over melted biscuits bread and swirl it through with a knife then top with lotus biscuits bake in the oven and refrigerate

Overnight enjoy

  4. Ingredients:
    225g white chocolate
    115g unsalted butter
    2 eggs
    70g granulated sugar
    2tsp vanilla
    155g plain flour
    1tsp salt
    100g white chocolate chips
    50g broken Lotus biscuits
    50g melted Biscoff spread
    9 Lotus biscuits

    1) Preheat your oven to 170°C/ Gas Mark 3/ 150°C (fan).

    2) Line an 8×8 inch baking tin with baking paper.

    3) Melt the white chocolate and unsalted butter together in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.

    4) In another bowl whisk the eggs until foamy.

    5) Add the granulated sugar and vanilla to the eggs and whisk until combined.

    6) Add the white chocolate mix and whisk it in.

    7) Sift in the plain flour and salt and fold them in until combined.

    8) Fold in the white chocolate chips and broken Lotus biscuits.

    9) Scoop the mix into your baking tin and smooth it out.

    10) Drizzle the melted Biscoff spread over the top and swirl it through with a knife.

    11) Diagonally place the Lotus biscuits on top.

    12) Bake for 20-25 minutes.

    13) Refrigerate overnight.

    14) Enjoy!

    225g chocolat blancs
    90g de beurre
    (faire fondre)

    2eme Bol :
    Battre deux oeufs jusqu'à mousseux avec 40g de sucre
    Vanille

    MELANGER LES DEUX MIXS

    Ajouter 155g de Farine
    une pincée de sel

    Ajouter des morceaux de spéculos concassé et des morceaux de chocolats blanc

    Nappé le dessus avec du speculos fondu

    enfourner 23min
