Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup Naturipe® Blueberries
6 Tea bags
4 cups Water
3 Tbsp honey
Lemon juice , from 2 lemons
Ice cubes
For Garnish
Lemon , sliced and mint to garnish
Naturipe® Blueberries
Mint

Recipe Directions:

In a large saucepan or teapot, heat 4 cups of water until right before a boil (if water boils just let it cool off for a minute before continuing )
Add 6 tea bags to a covered teapot or covered saucepan and let steep for 3 minutes. Remove and discard teabags. Try not to squeeze tea bags when removing. Let the tea cool.

In a medium saucepan, add blueberries, lemon juice, honey and 1 cup of water on medium-high heat. Bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to medium and simmer for about 8 minutes. Remove from heat.
Place a sieve over a large bowl and carefully pour the blueberry mixture into the sieve so that the juice flows into the bowl but the blueberries are separated.

Pour cool steeped tea into a large jug and add in blueberry juice mixture. Refrigerate for 1 hour to cool the liquid completely.
Serve Blueberry Lemon Iced Tea over in a glass over ice and garnish with some lemon wedges, fresh blueberries and mint.
