Pasta e Fagioli (Olive Garden Copycat)

1 Lb Lean Ground Beef or Ground Italian Sausage
1 cup Carrots, diced
1 cup Onion, diced
1 cup Celery, diced
1 TBL minced Garlic
15 oz Diced Tomatoes (or 5 fresh diced tomatoes)
15 oz Tomato Sauce
3 cups Broth (Italian chicken or beef)
15 oz Great Northern Beans, drained and rinsed
15 oz Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
2 cups Pasta of your choice, cooked
1 TBL Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Salt, to taste
1 tsp Black Pepper, to taste
1/2 cup Fresh Grated Parmesan

Place 3 cups of broth and can of tomato sauce into a large soup pot on your Blackstone.
Place your ground meat on Blackstone griddle begin to cook by chopping and flipping ground meat as necessary.
Oil griddle place celery, carrots, and onion on griddle. Chop and flip to cook remember to use a separate spatula from the meat.
Place tomatoes on griddle to lightly heat up.
Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to meat.
Throw both cans of beans onto griddle to lightly heat.
Add fresh cheese to soup pot along with pre-cooked pasta.
Add minced garlic to sausage toss to incorporate.
Once meat has cooked through, and all the veggies are sufficiently warm, mix them all together and add to the soup pot.
Move soup pot to the hottest part of the griddle, and serve when it has thoroughly and evenly heated throughout, and the flavors have incorporated together.
Top with fresh Parmesan after dishing in soup bowl.

Certainly do a chicken but I’m a big fan if I can get any extra flavors in I’m a big fan of of doing that whenever I can we’re going to go ahead and get this started so I’ve got three cups of this and then I’m going to do just one

Can of tomato sauage just like the regular small can so I’m going to get that started and then we’re going to work on our sausage and our vegetables so um I doing Italian sausage I know Olive Garden does it with hamburger um this is kind of like a more spicy

Sausage that I’m using today um so you could either go sausage hamburger or you could actually make this meatless if you would like it’s still going to taste great so next I’m going to go ahead and get our sausage started and then we’re going to work on our vegetables remember when you’re working

With meat and then you’re working with vegetables definitely swap out your tools next I’m going to go ahead and do I’ve got one cup of carrots one cup of onions one cup of celery and I’m just going to go ahead and stick that in the

These all right our vegetables are cooking down I’m just going to go ahead and throw our beans on the grill you could certainly just throw them in a pot too but this way I know they’re getting heated up all the way right away we’re getting a

Little oil on this and then I’m also going to go ahead and this is about a half a cup with maybe a little bit more of fresh grated Parmesan my noodles aren’t actually cold so I’m going to go ahead and throw these in here too while we’re working on everything Else and then I’m going to do tablespoon of garlic we’ll just go ahead and throw this in with a sausage or wherever you’d like right you could also if you wanted to do sausage you could do like a Jimmy beans breakfast sausage you could do like the hot spicy stuff if you’re

Looking for a little bit more of a kick this is again better than Olive Garden so throw an extra flavor throw an extra taste our sausage is just about cooked here and our tomatoes are nice and cooked as well all right going to start mixing all of our stuff
