
1.5 cups almond flour
1.5 cups shredded cheddar
4 frothy eggs (blended for a few mins until pale and airy)
1.5tsp baking powder
1.5tsp garlic powder
1.5tsp onion salt
60g sour cream
150g chopped broccoli
Pinch of salt
Blend eggs until air. Add sour cream and blend again. Dump into bowl and mix in dry ingredients. Add in broccoli last. Made as mini muffins = about 16 mins in 350 oven.

Quick question: apart from grams, youre using US measurements for volume and temperature, right?
