Ingredients
1 lb shell-on shrimp
1 lb crawfish
1 lb Manila clams
1lb mussels
1 lemon

For sauce
2 sticks unsalted butter
2 heads garlic
2 tbsp Louisiana hot sauce
2 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
11 tbsp black pepper
2 1/2 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp Old Bay seasoning

OLD BAY Seasoning recipe (4 tbsp)

3/4 tbsp salt
1 tbsp celery seed
2 tsp sweet paprika
1 tsp ground dry mustard
1 tsp ground ginger
5 bay leaves
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground cardamom
1/8 tsp ground allspice
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1/16 tsp ground cloves

  2. As a person born and raised all the way down at the bottom of the boot this is not a seafood boil supposed to have a big pot with ya propane tank and bring it to a boil and throw ya seasoning in Thea then cook ya corn and other veggies and then cook the shrimp or whatever you cooking last

  3. Give him a break y’all he’s clearly not from the south and it could be his first time trying it. People get better with time, practice and advice/research. Not with people being rude to them because it’s “not the way they do it”. Give him tips not hate!

  4. I'm from Texas. And knowing how it makes us feel when people try to make Texas bbq. I can only imagine for those people from Louisiana feel about people trying to make their seafood. Gotta love Louisiana

  5. Hey, you did a good job, but Louisiana fooks cook theirs in the seasoning and keep it going for a while. I live around Cajuns and tgey might get irritated if tou say this is the correct way. Good job though
