They have some water boiling with a little steamer basket in here I’m actually going to quarter these it’s going to just allow it to have a little bit more even cooking we have our olive oil kind of measured out sprinkle on our kosher salt and so I’m just going

To actually cut this onion into thirds then I’m going to turn it around cut it a little bit of an angle here pre-cut pre-cooked or blanched Brussels my red onions places nice and evenly onto your your baking sheet so you want to really get it nice and kind of spread

Out so that everything can kind of cook more evenly we’ll go ahead and put this in the oven and we’ll see in about 15 minutes okay they are nice and hot out of the oven they look amazing they put your glaze all over the top beautiful nice and evenly coated

We have our balsamic glazed brussels sprouts that red onion contrast so delightful
