・1 tbsp Mirin
・1 tsp Consomme (or Your favorite stock powder/paste)
・1 tsp Sugar
・1 tsp Butter

・12 oz (350g) Daikon
・2 cloves of Garlic
・1 tbsp Oil
・1 tbsp Sake
・1 tbsp Soy sauce
・1 tbsp Mirin
・1 tsp Oyster sauce
・1 tsp Sugar
・1 tsp Butter

・8.8 oz (250g) Potato

  1. In Poland we call the stuffed cabbage "gołąbki". It's pretty much the same, but we add rice to the meat stuffing, season it only with salt, pepper (and sometimes fried bacon bits) and we serve the whole thing with thick tomato sauce. Here it's a dinner dish. 🙂
