Wow so first up we have these cauliflower buffalo boneless wings i put wings in quotation marks because obviously they’re not wings but they are a great substitute and are delicious so the first thing you’re going to need to do slice up your cauliflower and you’re going to slice it with like these flat

Edges that you’ll see you’re gonna add your panko nutritionally then you’re gonna add your buffalo sauce egg whites and olive oil mix that together cover all sides of your cauliflower with that buffalo sauce then to the panko nutritional yeast mixture the nutritional yeast adds like that buttery type flavor then you’re going to

Repeat this process for all your cauliflower add it to the oven on 475 degrees fahrenheit for 13 minutes then you’re gonna flip add the rest of your buffalo sauce on top add them back to the oven and then it is time to enjoy my friends and these have

Become one of my new favorite recipes i’ve been eating these like every single day these are incredible they’re a lot more crispy like right out of the oven just because i take a bunch of pictures of them and everything it’s still like ridiculous

  1. Whenever I want that fried texture without frying, I cook over a cooling rack that I just place on top of an oven pan. That way the bottom doesn’t get soggy laying just on a pan.

  2. I am still new in this whole low carb thing, but this means, that the calories are not important anymore? A baken cauliflower has plusminus 460 calories with all the ingredients I would say this has 700 calories. It‘s okay, but just to understand it better

  3. Always remember to repent of your sins (sin is transgression of YAHUAH’S LAW: Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, & Deuteronomy) And Have Belief On YAHUSHA HAMASHYACH. HE Died and Rose three days later so that you can be forgiven of your sins!

HE Loves you! Come to HIM!🙂🙂

  4. I wanted to try this so bad years ago but my meat loving family wouldn’t let me lol. Been moved out now, so maybe I’ll try this now.

  5. Idk why absolutely nothing stuck to the cauliflower when I tried to make this, the egg franks hot and olive oil repelled the panko and nutritional yeast

  6. these are not wings….califlower gets softer in the oven…not crispy….simple click bait

  7. I have a secret recipe hot wing sauce that I will use for this. Also have an amazing flavor I created that no one else has ever had on their menu. I hope to one day have my own sauces.
