* 1 raw beetroot
* 5-6 radishes
* 1 medium cucumber
* 250ml thick Greek yogurt
* 2 garlic cloves, crushed
* Juice of 1/2 lemon
* 15g dill, chopped
* Salt and pepper
* Cucumber,

Coarsely grate the beetroot, radishes and cucumber. Place into a sieve and let them drain for 10 minutes. Squeeze the excess liquid.

In a bowl, combine the yogurt, dill, garlic, lemon juice, grated vegetables. Season well with salt and pepper.

Garnish with finely diced cucumbers, radishes. Sprinkle with dried mint and nigella seeds.

Serve with warm flatbreads.
