Preparation Steps:
1. Rice Cooking: Cook your rice until it is fluffy
2. Cleaning the Calamari: Clean your calamari.
3. Vegetable Sauté: Mushrooms and onions are finely chopped and sautéed in a pan until golden and aromatic.
4. Mixing Filling: The cooked rice is mixed with the sautéed vegetables and seasonings, creating the stuffing for the calamari.
5. Stuffing Calamari: The calamari tubes are carefully filled with the rice mixture, ensuring they are not overstuffed.
6. Saucing: The Calamari once stuffed and placed on a baking tray covered with tomato sauce.
7. Cooking the Stuffed Calamari: The calamari are cooked for 60 minutes on 180 degrees Celsius.

Stuffed calamari – a culinary delight! Ingredients: Calamari, Mushrooms, Short-Grain Rice, Tomato Sauce, Soy Sauce, Parsley, Onion, Lemon, Seasonings: Thyme, Oregano, Black Pepper, Salt To a pan add oil, and diced onions. Cook lightly, then add diced mushrooms. When they are almost fully cooked, add your cooked rice from before and mix everything together.

Then add your seasonings (see Ingredients chapter), chopped parsley and soy sauce, and mix everything well. Then stuff your calamari, and place a toothpick to prevent spilling in the oven.

Add tomato sauce on the bottom of your tray, place your stuffed calamari, pour some extra tomato sauce on top and add a slice of lemon. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 60 minutes, until the skin slightly darkens. Serve with your cooked tomato sauce on and enjoy! Subscribe for more recipes!
