You’ll have dinner ready in no time. This Lemon Garlic Butter Shrimp recipe stands alone perfectly, or can also be served with anything. You’ll be getting a lot of compliments with this simple yet delicious dish. This dish tastes best when fresh ingredients are used!

Lemon Garlic Butter Shrimp Recipe

1½ lb Jumbo Shrimp (Peeled and Deveined)
1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning (salt free)
2 tsp seasoning salt (I used Johnny’s seasoning salt)
2 tbl sp olive oil
5 tbl sp unsalted butter
5 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 large lemon (freshly squeezed lemon juice)
3 tbl spoon parsley (chopped)

Season shrimp with lemon pepper and Johnny’s seasoning salt. Mix well and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium/high heat.
Fry Shrimp in a single layer for about 1 minute.
Flip Shrimp and fry on the other side for another 1 to 2 minutes stirring occasionally.
Remove Shrimp from skillet and set aside.
Add garlic, lemon juice, butter, and parsley then sauté for about 1 minute.
Return Shrimp back to the skillet and butter sauce and baste for another
30 – 45 seconds.

Serve over Rice, Pasta, Salad, Grits, etc… Enjoy!
