The the Greek Islands right so if you Go’s just talk about the five ingredients we got minc meat right I’m using lamb you could use pork chicken you could blend it do whatever you want right this is a nice little principle tziki you can buy it in all the
Supermarkets we’re going to hit it up with some mint you choose your own herb as long as it’s legal right and and then we got Jarred Peppers here and a lemon five ingredients five that’s it and we’re going to make a plate of food like
This oh that looks good so this is a nice thing to do so I’m going to get my hands dirty they’re clean right we’re going to hit it up with some seasoning lots of black pepper season with salt I’ve got some peppers here from the jar jar veggies are great different ones
I’ve got some in here just frying up nice okay and then a little bit of them I’ve chopped up here you can take some of that herb as well and just chop that up and then look at that lemon over there do you like lemon I love lemon
Okay so lots of people just use the juice but if you give it give it a little roll right it gets the oils in the skin going the lemon zest going in your meatballs you put the zest in there oh baby mint that peppers that are sweet
The salt the pepper and then you get your hand in there you scrunch it up I know people don’t like touching food here’s the thing ladies and gentlemen if you want to earn flavor you’ve got to earn it right so you can put rubber gloves on if that’s your thing right I

Of course the Greeks use it a lot as a sauce we can take that if we whiz that up with the mint okay that’s what you get oh you get the green so in this book right I’m trying to make it easy for you to kind of hack flavors and cheat so
We’re going to take that minty tziki which is now a sauce right I’m then going to take the beautiful uh meat uh the cofas here and place that around what did you call it the cofas yeah well they would call it a cofa like you can

You what’s going on Okay so we’ve taken broccoli right and we’re actually nothing in the pan we’re scolding it we’re charring it we get smokiness and internal steaming right we’re going to take this is the way you scold food keep on scold it this is so
Good we’re going to take jar beans tin beans they’re canellini beans have any beans you like we’re going to hit it up with salt pepper and a secret little ingredient that you don’t normally do a little thimble of vinegar olive oil right and that’s going to dress it up
Baby right that’s going to dress it up oh nice and then what we’re going to do is is arrange this on a beautiful plate I know you can’t see me through the steam bless you all um but what we’re going to do is create a nice little
Salad or side dish so if you go uh to parts of the Mediterranean they’re so good with salads do yeah they’re so good with beans and beans are so good for you so I’m going to show you a quick little pickle okay finally chopped okay you CH
Up the pickle we like pickle for crunch and Tang just finally chop it with a little bit of vinegar and salt we’ve got those charred you said vinegar and salt or yeah yeah vinegar and salt not no not salt that’s that’s my dodgy accent I do
Apologize salt uh so we put the vinegar we’ll put the salt we’ll scrunch it up and then scrunch it up if you see these beans they’re getting creamy I do we like creamy okay right so we’re going to go in with the beans like that that’s
The base like that hot creamy beans the hot creamy beans we got the charred broccoli do that do it up like they do my body we’re going to take the we’re going to take these beautiful little anies here you can have the dried ones or the Pickled ones or whatever gets you going
