  1. I like the simplicity of this approach. Some cooks try to complicate this recipe, but here they focus on getting the breading right that it sticks to the meat.

  2. Texas always thinks they have the best food. I've ate there. Some of the places are really good. World class. But in some cases, they don't have a thing on Oklahoma. A state that is often over looked.

  5. Why is everyone of these recipes for chicken fried steak using cube steak? Thats country fried steak. There is a difference….
