Well hi and welcome to cooking with karma now this week’s theme is all about these bad boys yep good old lemons I think they are a great addition to any dish whether it be sweet or savory now the first recipe of the week is a lemon and herb chicken this is delicious
It has packed full of flavor hope you like it so let’s get started and I’ll show you how to make it into our mortar and pestle we’re gonna add in some rosemary leaves some thyme some sage and some garlic add just a small amount of olive oil and then we’re

Lemon cover it with some cling wrap and then we’re going to pop this in the fridge once out of the fridge just remove those lemon pieces if the piece is one final flip over just making sure that all pieces are covered well with our marinade now we’re going to cook
This in the oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until that chicken is cooked through now what I like to do about every 10 minutes or so give those chicken pieces a flip over rebase them and pop them back in the oven golden and slightly crispy on the
Outside while succulent and tender on the inside and absolutely packed full of flavor mmm YUM I think that would be great for lunch or do serve it up with some veggies or some salad and you’ve got yourself a great meal so I really hope you enjoyed that one and you give it a
