Add the crushed tomatoes, seasonings, chicken stock, okra and cauliflower rice. Once the chicken and sausage are browned, add them to the pot. Simmer until it has thickened and most of the liquid has evaporated. Remove from heat, stir in the shrimp. Green onions are a good garnish. Enjoy!
