Ingredients:

12 king mushrooms
1 pound ground beef
1/2 pound ground pork
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded emmenthaler cheese
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Remove the stems from the mushrooms and discard.
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Fill each mushroom cap with the ground beef mixture.
Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over half of the mushrooms and the emmenthaler cheese over the other half.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve immediately.
Tips:

For a more flavorful filling, you can add your favorite seasonings, such as Italian seasoning, chili powder, or cumin.

  1. Quick and easy, only thing I don't like is the fact that it has no seasonings, mushrooms without seasoning are pretty bland honestly
