1 POTATO! They’re so delicious that I make them for dinner every weekend. No oven

Ingredients and recipe:
1 potato (200g)
Dice the potato
Place in a pot
Water
Cook for 15 minutes on medium-high heat
Drain the water
Mash the potatoes
1 onion
Slice the onion
50g carrot
Shred the carrot
Medium heat
Olive oil
Cook for 2 minutes
Add the carrot
Cook for 3-5 minutes
Add to the mashed potato
Mix well
1 egg
2tbsp flour
30g parmesan cheese
10g parsley
Salt
Black pepper
Paprika
Mix well
A bit of oil
Scoop some potato and shape it into a ball
Coat in bread crumbs
Medium heat
Vegetable oil
Place the patties in the pan
Fry for 3-5 minutes
300g cucumber
Thinly slice the cucumber
1tsp salt
Let sit for at least 10 minutes
Flip over and fry for another 3 minutes
Done!
2tbsp sour cream and 1tbsp mayonnaise
8g dill and 2 cloves of garlic
Mix well
After 10 minutes
Squeeze out the exceed liquid
1tbsp soy sauce
1/2tsp rice vinegar
1/2tsp white sugar
1/2tsp sesame oil
A pinch of salt
Mix well
Dice some ginger
1tsp ginger
1tbsp white sesame seeds
Roast for 3-5 minutes on low heat
Add to the cucumbers
Mix well
So crispy and delicious!
Super delicious with the sauce and cucumber salad!

Not wanting to seem bitchy, but I could really do without the chewing noises towards the end & I agree with another commenter that the white letters used for the words at the top left were hard to see. Other than that, it looks like something I'd like to try sometime. It reminds me a tiny bit of the fried potato patties my grandma used to make with leftover mashed potatoes. I see why she says she makes them on weekends bc there's many steps, thus obviously time consuming, but if they truly do taste as good as they look, the time it takes would be worth it.

  2. Not interested in the cucumber 🥒 recipe, But the potato cake! I'm gonna fix cause it looks scrumptious. However, I don't like stringy onions, so I would mince the onions and minced the 🥕 carrots and use butter instead of oil and wait until hot before frying.

  3. Sorry to say this, but this recipe was a flop. It was way too soft to form into balls, much try to flatten them cakes/patties. I followed the instructions exactly, so I don't know what happened. I ended up throwing it all out.
